My Momma's Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Ingredients for 8 cups of soup:

8 T butter
8 T flour
8 cups half and half
1 Large Bag of Broccoli
1- 2lb Block of Velveta Cheese chopped







Directions:
Steam broccoli.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in flour until mixed and begins to bubble.
Remove from heat and add half and half.
Return to heat stirring constantly until thick.
Add chopped Velveta and stir until melted.
Add broccoli.
